The room for rent has a private bathroom and private balcony. it’s located 4-5 minutes from City Hall, lots of Restaurants and places like Wendy’s, Publix supermarket, 10-15 minutes from 3 shopping malls including Sawgrass Mall, and 20 minutes drive from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport. This property is ideal for someone who is looking for an inexpensive place to stay, yet offering comfort… it’s also available for long term rental, I also have a cat. The space My property is in a quite gated community. it has an heated Pool and a gym, next door to a botanical garden for jogging, walking, or just to simply relax. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, and common areas, except the living room. However laundry room will be limited to washing once per week. During your stay I’m available at all times, should you any questions or concerns.
