There is also room for parking when you have a guest visiting. Other things to note The condo complex is a beachfront community. Our building is located about an 8 minute walk to pools and the beach but is not "ocean front". **If bringing a dog, these breeds are restricted: Rottweiler, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman, German Shepherd. Only 1 dog permitted, per the HOA. We have a beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 2 large beach towels and beach mat for your use. You'll need to bring your own snorkeling gear. Guests will be charged for any purchases made on Direct TV Streaming.
