The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to accompany you on all your culinary adventures, ensuring that preparing delicious meals is an absolute breeze. Connected to the living room and kitchen, you'll find a spacious balcony featuring your very own private hot tub, offering stunning views of the Heavenly Stagecoach lift. When it's time to rest and recharge, you can retreat to the tranquil master bedroom, complete with a comfortable queen bed and a private bathroom exclusively for your use. The second bedroom is ideal for the little ones or additional guests, with two twin beds available. Another bathroom ensures convenience and privacy for everyone. And there is a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. Every room has been thoughtfully decorated to create a serene and relaxing atmosphere, ensuring that your stay will be filled with tranquility. Your comfort and peace of mind are my top priorities! Other things to note While there is an elevator, unfortunately it's not working and there are 70 steps to the unit. Only one parking permit. And no AC in unit. NOTICE: public Pool and public hot tub are CLOSED indefinitely on July 21st, 2025 for renovations. Occupancy Rules: *Min age to rent any property is 25. *Due to Douglas County Code Title 20.622 VHR Ord 2024-1635, we are required to ask for the name, ID, and contact information for every adult over 25 who will be in the unit. *Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. *You are only allowed 4 persons (including all children) at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood. * Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin. *Parking: 1 car allowed at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. The parking is not assigned and is first come first serve for this neighborhood parking areas. During winter months cars must be rotated to allow for snow removal operations. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow. No refunds will be given for inclement weather conditions. *Do not disconnect the internet or the smoke alarm. If you do so, we will be notified and fire trucks may come to the unit.
