The living room features a large wood stove that keeps you warm on even the coldest of days, reclining furniture and a 58" smart TV. During warm months, enjoy 2 mini-split AC units (dining room and living room) and AC units in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The house has a large turn-around driveway with plenty of parking for several vehicles and trailers. We have a cell booster to help with service. * We have a ring security camera used for check-in and for your safety and the safety of the home while vacant. * Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis, but there is no securely fenced yard. There are no upfront pet fees, however, additional cleaning/repair fees may apply if appropriate. * Please note because Big Wood Pond is actively used to land/take off seaplanes, the use of drones should only be after clearance from local officials.
