The uninterrupted water views from the home and Hog Island are stunning. There are no other buildings or structures that spoil the view. The large backyard leads to the private rock/sand beach. Two Adirondack chairs welcome you at the waterfront with the nearby fire pit, 10 Big Easy Chairs. The home features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The house will comfortably sleep 10 people. The living room features a large wood stove that keeps you warm on even the coldest of days, reclining furniture, and an 85" smart TV. Enjoy mini-split Heat/AC units in the dining room, living room, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The house has a large turnaround driveway with plenty of parking for several vehicles and trailers. An automatic backup generator offers peace of mind that you won't be without power. There are no upfront pet fees; however, additional cleaning and repair fees may apply if necessary. * Please note that because Big Wood Pond is actively used to land/take off seaplanes, the use of drones should only be after clearance from local officials.
