You'll go through bumpy sections, but any car can do it. + For those who enjoy comfort, renting a car is the best option to get to the complex and move around Tulum and its surroundings. You can park the car outside. It's safe. If you don't have a car, we recommend renting a scooter or SUV for convenient mobility. + Water and/or electricity outages are common in Tulum. We want you to be aware of the possibility in advance. The building doesn't have an electricity generator. + Insects, arachnids, reptiles, amphibians and other types of animals are part of the region's ecosystem and there is a possibility that they may enter the facilities. If you find them, we suggest that you do not kill them, but take a broom and a dustpan from the storage room of your accommodation and return them to the jungle, where they belong. Most of them are harmless. The fauna of the region cannot and should not be exterminated. They are important to the ecosystem and have a reason to exist. Although it is sprayed regularly, keep in mind that it is possible to find animals in the accommodations, since we are surrounded by the jungle. And we're not liable for this. Please note that you are staying in a place inside the jungle. We do not offer refunds or accept cancellations if you find some animal species in the accommodation. + The cleaning fee you pay is to clean the accommodation upon your departure. In case you need cleaning during your stay, there is an additional cost and it is subject to availability (you will have to request it in advance). + No parties or any noisy gatherings are allowed. We ask that you keep your volume down during your stay and keep quiet after 10:00 pm. + People come here to enjoy their vacations. There are shared common areas: swimming pools, gym, patio, lobby, etc. + Use towels reasonably, as we do not change towels every day. Keep them as clean as you would like to receive them. Any lost or damaged towels will be charged to purchase their replacement. + We ask that you take care of our accommodation and return it in good condition. If something in the apartment's inventory is broken, damaged, stained, or lost, you will be charged for the cost of its replacement. + Guests who do not respect the house rules and/or condominium regulations will be subject to cancellation of their reservation without the right to a partial or full refund.
