Other things to note ★ According to legal requirements, after confirming your stay, we will request the presentation of passports from all guests, as well as disclosure of your name, address, and occupation. Please be aware that if you do not provide this information, we may refuse to provide check-in instructions or accommodation. (Japanese guests do not need to present passports; only names, addresses, and occupations of all guests are required). ★ Towels are provided with one bath towel and one face towel per person. ★ If towels and linens are used in excess of the number of guests, an additional fee will be charged. ★ Late check-out is not available, so please understand in advance. ★ In case of late check-out, a fee of 5,000 yen per 15minutes will be charged. ★ If significant room messiness makes regular cleaning difficult, an additional fee may be charged (from 4,000 yen). Oversized garbage disposal will also incur a fee (from 3,000 yen). ★ There have been many cases of guests taking the keys with them. Please make sure to return the keys to their original place at check-out. Lost keys will be subject to a charge (from 20,000 yen). ★ In the event of damage or loss, in addition to the cost of the item, handling fees and other necessary expenses may be charged. ★ Smoking is prohibited indoors. The smell of tobacco can be difficult to remove and may require the next guest to move to a different facility. Charges may be imposed for damages caused by smoking. ★ Indoor BBQ is prohibited as the odor can permeate the interior. If you cook dishes or BBQ with strong odors indoors, an additional special cleaning fee (from 20,000 yen) will be charged. ★ Maintenance of room facilities and emergencies may require staff to enter using a spare key even during your stay.
