A private outdoor space and a parking space within the property are a plus. The space The studio is located above my home with a separate entrance. You access the accommodation by an internal staircase that leads to a landing where you can drop off your suitcases, coats and shoes. The studio is divided into a bathroom with toilet and a 24 m2 living room including a kitchenette, a lounge area and a sleeping area. The bed is 160*200 and you have 3.2 m of sloping closets. Guest access Once your vehicle is parked, inside the property, you access the accommodation by a 1st external staircase (common areas) then, after the private entrance door, a 2nd internal staircase. The entire property is not freely accessible. For security reasons and respect for the fullness of the different occupants, a plan accompanied by explanations is available in the accommodation. Other things to note Please note, the interior staircase is "steep" with irregular steps (photo). The accommodation is therefore not recommended for people with reduced mobility and young children. Some parts of the accommodation as well as its access are attics, tall people will have to be vigilant. The exterior layout of the property is in progress and the spaces are not secure. For this reason, the rental is currently not recommended for small children. Housekeeping is not included in the service. The property should be returned in the same condition as when you arrived.
