The modern-design pool , resembling an oasis, is suitable for both children and adults, featuring a shallow area and a deeper section. The large sun terrace enjoys sunlight for most of the day and is equipped with reserved sun loungers . Covered garages are available upon reservation, as well as an unattended bicycle storage area . Please note that the residence is not a hotel : there are no reception, restaurant, or extra services provided. Each apartment is unique in layout, furnishings, and amenities. During booking, you can choose the accommodation that best suits your needs — and that will be exactly the apartment where you will stay . The property is fully automated : check-in is carried out via self check-in , and instructions will be sent by our customer care after completing the mandatory fast check-in . Its central and strategic location makes it easy to visit Sirmione and Desenzano , with excellent connections to other main towns around the lake. However, having a car is highly recommended to move around comfortably. A supermarket is just two minutes away on foot , and the nearest beach is only 500 meters from the residence.
