Kensington Ave. (68) in the Historic District of La Grange. It is just a short walk to downtown La Grange (2 blocks). Your host (Kevin) owns this entire property and owns and manages Guest Nest Furnished Stays. We can accommodate 2 cars. One of which can be parked in the garage and the other parked in the driveway. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement (shared with host). This 3-bedroom apartment has been fully renovated. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a small en-suite bathroom with full-sized shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. I live in the 2nd floor unit so you will see me coming and going. There is a shared backyard area and patio, shared basement and a garage. I have a beautiful Golden Retriever (Reign) and she will be at the property and often in the back yard/patio area. Obviously, you must be OK with dogs as you will see Reign often. If you are bringing a dog, your dog must be well-behaved and agreeable with other humans and dogs. Reign gets along well with all dogs and humans. ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: This apartment is located on a safe, friendly and historic tree-lined street in the La Grange Historic District. Neighboring homes include other apartment buildings and historic homes. Historic Downtown La Grange is only a few blocks away where there are many retail shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
