This peaceful, cozy mountain home in Sapphire Valley, NC is tucked away in the popular Holly Forrest neighborhood. The home boasts a large front porch with a fire pit. When you book, you will also have access to all Sapphire Valley Amenities - which include pools, putt-putt, workout facilities, Fairfield Lake and more. Nearby towns include Cashiers and Highlands, NC. The space The home is very spacious with a great window overlooking a beautiful wooded area and is very private. This is a two bedroom, two bath house with a loft which includes two extra beds. MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom hosts with a very comfortable king bed. The bedroom also has a sizable closet to hang clothes, store suitcases or other travel items. The master bedroom has two large windows, one overlooking the front porch and one looking out over the driveway with views of the wooded areas surrounding the house. There is a chest of drawers as well. MASTER BATHROOM: The master bathroom has a pocket door that closes off the bathroom from the master bedroom. The bathroom has two sinks with plenty of storage space for toiletries. There's also another closet in the bathroom for more storage of travel items, etc. The standup shower and toilet are separated from the rest of the bathroom and are able to be closed off via another pocket door. The master bathroom was recently renovated and is very clean and modern. GUEST BEDROOM: The guest bedroom hosts with a comfortable queen bed. The room has two windows overlooking the back patio and into the woods. The room has another window overlooking the back alley way. The guest bedroom has a closet with plenty of room for travel items and also has a chest of drawers for additional storage. There is a TV with Roku and YouTube TV. GUEST BATHROOM: The guest bathroom was recently renovated and everything is new and clean. There's one sink and a standup shower. LOFT: The loft in the home has two twin beds and room for a blow up mattress between if extra sleeping arrangements are needed. The loft overlooks the dining and living room and has a great view out of the great window & in to the woods. There is a dresser in the loft that has toys if you happen to be traveling with children. The loft does not close off to the rest of the house and does not have a bathroom. LIVING ROOM: The living room overlooks a wooded area and has two couches and a recliner. The full couch has a pull out mattress for extra sleeping arrangements. There is a large TV in the room with access to YouTube TV. There are also other apps on the TV you can use if you have subscriptions. There is also a wood burning fireplace. DINING ROOM: The dining room table seats 8 and it sits just off of the kitchen. KITCHEN: The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, plates, bowls and more. There is a Smithey Ironware dutch oven for use by guests as well. There is a microwave, electric stove and oven in the kitchen. There is a Keurig coffee maker, and any other kitchen appliances you may need. There is also a full sized refrigerator. WASHER AND DRYER: There is a washer and dryer just off of the kitchen for use by guests and we keep laundry detergent stocked. The front porch or back patio are great spaces to enjoy with your company beside the fire pit under the stars. Guest access Our guests have access to all Sapphire Valley Amenities for $5.00 a day per guest. Amenities include: - Fairfield Lake: You can rent canoes or kayaks and you can swim in the lake during the proper seasons. - Recreation Center: Arcade, Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Putt-Putt, Gym and Sauna. Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. Pickle ball courts are also available. Other things to note Important House Rules: - No smoking either inside or outside of the house (fee charged if rule is broken) - No parties or events (fee charged if rule is broken) - No pets (fee charged if rule is broken) - Outdoor lights must be turned off by 10 pm EST due to HOA rules - Quiet time is from 10 pm EST - 8 am EST - No fireworks are allowed - All cars must be parked in the driveway - No box trucks
