This apartment features 2 beds and 1 bath, offering a relaxing retreat on the peaceful oceanfront at Crescent Beach, south of St. Augustine Beach. The unit is situated on the second floor, so please be prepared to climb a few stairs. Please note that the windows and sliding doors do not open as the air conditioning runs continuously. One of the bedrooms has a sliding door with some visible watermarks, as shown in the pictures. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. The space This beautiful oceanfront apartment will provide the perfect vacation for a quiet getaway, or a fun-packed adventure. Ocean Edge has ocean views from every room. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, an ample living space, and a shared outdoor patio. A beautiful outdoor space for relaxing is right off the entry area. You certainly don't have to (you are on vacation!), but the gourmet kitchen will tempt you to stay in and cook while enjoying the ocean views and our famous glowing Crescent Beach pink and blue sunrises and sunsets. The center of Crescent Beach is the beachfront park with picnic gazebos, dune crossovers, restrooms, and convenient parking. Several incredible shops and restaurants also exist in the area. The main public beach access runs to the ocean, and in a throwback to Florida's age gone by, vehicle driving is permitted on the beach (although fees and passes are required between March 1 and September 30). You may want to grab the beach chairs, towels and umbrella, walk down to the beach, and read a good book. The options are endless. Your basics will be provided. Both Bedrooms have queen beds, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The sliding doors don't open. There is a two car parking available—additional parking on the street. When you stay in Sand Castle Apartments, your vacation will combine the quiet crescent-shaped white sand beaches, great local restaurants, and the Old Florida ambiance. Guest access The unit is located on the second floor, accessible via stairs. We will provide you with a code for the smart lock to access the unit during your stay. The outdoor patios are shared spaces with other guests. Other things to note Pet Owners Sand Castle Apartments and Crescent Beach are both pet-friendly, offering a wonderful experience for pet owners and their furry friends during their stay, along with enjoyable beach walks. However, we have specific rules and fees regarding pets. Here are the key guidelines: - A pet fee applies per stay. - Please clean up after your dog. - To prevent damage, do not allow pets on furniture or beds. - Do not leave pets unsupervised outside the property. - Ensure that all pets are housebroken. - If your dog is left unattended indoors, please crate them. - Avoid disturbing other guests with excessive barking. - Do not use towels or bedding to clean up after your dog; replacement charges will apply if these items are used.
