Chic vacation home with about 70 sqm of living space spread over two floors. An ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and quiet vacation. Our country house is located in Berumbur, a district of the health resort of Hage. The apartment has 70 m² on two floors and is located in the front part of the house. It has a separate house entrance. The property is surrounded by fields. The garden use and a barbecue on a private terrace are provided. The space If you wish, you can lock your bikes in a garage shed. In addition to our chickens, our two goats also live at the house. Enjoy your breakfast egg with fresh eggs from our happy chickens every day. In the basement of the apartment there is a large bright eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has an oven with a ceramic stovetop and a dishwasher. A large fridge-freezer is also available. Find space at the cozy dining table for four. The living area also offers a corner couch, a TV and an armchair for relaxing or cozy reading. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with walk-in shower, a bedroom with a bed 1.40 m wide. Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m wide. Linens and towels are already included in the rental price. For longer stays, towels are changed weekly. An e-charging station for your electric car is also available at the house. The spa fee is payable in cash upon arrival. The country house is located in the climatic health resort of Hage near the North Sea. The hustle and bustle of everyday life ends at the front door of our cozy apartment. Enjoy the tranquility in rural surroundings, forest walks or a break in the Hage spa center. There you will find a sauna area, an outdoor and indoor swimming pool as well as massages and wellness treatments. The North Sea and the East Frisian Islands are also within easy reach and always a great destination.
