Ideally located 1 hr 40 min from Paris, this former press was renovated in 2023. Surrounded by greenery, the house is located in a typical village of the region. With an area of 200 m2, we can accommodate 6 adults and children. This peaceful place to stay offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or groups of friends. The atmosphere is bucolic, the antique decoration offers all the comforts you'll need to recharge your batteries in the countryside! The space On the ground floor: - A large living room with fireplace opens to the dining room. Large table that can accommodate 8 people. Fiber optic internet works throughout the house. - A library & a dressing room have many board games and books. - A very functional and equipped kitchen opens directly onto the south-facing garden, also has a large table for 6 people. (Dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, fridge and freezer, blender, stove and oven, kettle). - A separate toilet. - Bathroom with bathtub. - A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, iron & clothes rack. Upstairs: - Bedroom 1 with a large 160 x 200 bed, - Bedroom 2 with a large 160 x 200 bed and two single 80 x 200 beds, - Bedroom 3 with a large 160 x 200 bed, All our bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. - Possibility to put in a crib. - Play area on a large upstairs platform & offices. - A separate toilet. - Bathroom with shower. We provide bed linen, bath towels & dish towels. (Included in the price). Bedding, duvets and pillows are filled with quality down feathers. The beds will already be prepared upon arrival and the house heated if necessary. Outdoor areas: 3000 m2 of greenery. - A beautiful landscaped garden with fruit trees and a vegetable garden! - A large terrace facing the house facing south. - Swings will delight your children. - Bicycles are available to enjoy the Normandy countryside. Large flower garden at the entrance to the house with gate. A code will be communicated to you upon arrival to access the box containing the key to the house. Access to the house through the cloakroom. This is the door on the left when you are facing the house.
