The space When furnishing Studio Rotmilan, we attached great importance to comfort and comprehensive furnishings. The Rotmilan studio is located on a separate basement floor of the house, which has a separate outside entrance. From the general hallway you enter the studio, which in addition to the 35 m2 living room also has a hallway and a shower room. The living room is fully equipped with everything you need. The modern kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, modern washing machine with dryer function and fridge/freezer is a start. The kitchen is also equipped with all the cooking equipment you need in everyday life. A Nespresso capsule coffee machine provides the kick in the early morning. The integrated washing machine offers the possibility for small laundry in between. The kitchen area has a comfortable dining counter with views of the garden and the Alpine panorama. The living and relaxation area opens up with a comfortable and spacious corner sofa with a large lounger and sleeping function. A 65" curved smart TV creates the necessary cinema feeling if desired. It is not an apartment for the establishment of a civil residence. The property is not suitable for people who are moving their center of life to Switzerland, entering into an indefinite employment contract or applying for a residence permit subject to registration (e.g. B permit). By concluding the contract, the tenant confirms that there is no reportable move to Switzerland and that no registration with the municipality of Remetschwil is planned.
