The space Sleeps 4 adults 3 children * 1 Bedroom (Queen Bed) * 1 Full Size Sleeper Sofa * 1 Toddler Bed (no crib) * 2 Twin size -Air mattresses stored in the closet with extra pillows and bedding. 1 Full Bathroom and 1/2 Bathroom We can accommodate up to 5 guests, if needed. (Please, inform Host ahead of time, if you have more than 4 guests). Guest access Entire private apartment with fireplace, balcony, private courtyard and two car garage, all to yourself. Other things to note Our home is a 1920’s historic building that was beautifully and completely converted/renovated into an apartment, in 2014 and updated again in 2023. There’s a few artifacts from the 1920’s that are still housed in the apartment; such as, an antique bathtub (Not in Use…Photos Only, please), antique doors and the original (restored) hardwood floors (the floors are beautiful, but remember they do squeak periodically, as you walk, but very solid).
