Azure Standard Parking fee • Cars ₱65 for first 3hrs + ₱15 succeeding per hr • Motorcycle ₱50 for first 3hrs + ₱10 succeeding per hr ——————————————— The space is a fully furnished 1 bedroom with balcony in a high rise condominium located at Maui Tower, Azure Urban Resort Residences, Km 16 West Service Road, Brgy Marcelo Green, Paranaque. Enjoy your stay in this relaxing, cozy condominium strategically located near the access point of Metro Manila. Skyway and SLEX Entry and Exit is just 1-2 mins away. Guests will surely love our amenity pool view balcony, comfortable bed and complete cooking wares for your stay. Yes! Cooking is allowed. Our kitchen is equipped with frying pan, tongs, ladle, pot, knife, chopping board, fridge, induction cooker, microwave, dishwashing soap and sponge. Our guests can access the City Sky View Deck for free and the White Sand Beach Wave Pool with fee. Other things to note House rules: Check-in is between 2:00PM to 6:00PM. Check-out is 11:00AM next day. Early check-in and late check-out is subject for availability. Guests must submit a soft copy of their Valid IDs before check-in date. We will then send this to the admin for Guest Approval. Once approved, guests are required to bring a printed copy on their check-in day. Our unit can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child( 3ft below) Changes of guests names can be accommodated 2 days before arrival. Please be honest with your number of heads to avoid any inconvenience. Guests visitors are not allowed. Any stains, damages, broken or missing items will be charged upon check-out. Host is not responsible for any damage or lost of personal belongings Please clean as you go. Guests are expected to clean up before checkout. Trash Bin rooms are located beside the Elevator. No smoking inside the unit as it may trigger the smoke alarm. Violators will be charged by the condo admin. Please use the designated smoking area at the ground floor. Bringing large electronic device is not allowed such us speakers, electric stove, Computer set etc. Please inform us if you will bring laptop or if you will be working in our unit. The unit electricity is kuryente load and only enough for the regular usage of all appliances. You may need to add additional payment for the kuryente load during your stay.
