The villa is is perfectly located close to the beach and the village. Guest access As our guests you will have full private access to the property. Other things to note Electricity Consumption: Electricity in Las Terrenas is very expensive. In order to manage the cost efficiently a deposit of US $20 =(RD $1100 pesos) cash per night is required. The rental of the villa includes an electrical package of 15 kwh per day. If you exceed the allowed package, the additional will be charged at US $0.35 per kwh =(RD $20 pesos) The consumption will be deducted from the cash deposit. Washer and dryer are available for use for 5 or more nights of stay.
