Business or pleasure, you’ll love the Bear BNB The space Efficiently, the Bear BNB is a guesthouse loft on the outskirts of Capitol City, Charleston, WV. This space features a peaceful living area, full kitchen and dining area, a sleeping area and one full bath. Outside you’ll find a balcony sitting area and large yard surrounded by nature. It’s beautiful, quiet and serene. Guest access This guesthouse loft is conveniently located in the capital city of beautiful WV. Yet it’s quaintly secluded and surrounded by Appalachian hills. Guests will have freedom to absorb beautiful views and modest tranquility. Stays include access to the entire loft, outdoor sitting area and yard below that surrounds the guesthouse. So bring your pet if you wish. Free parking will also be provided, multiple vehicles are welcome. Enjoy unlimited WiFi with super high speed Internet. You’ll find this loft perfect for those traveling for leisure and those traveling for business. **A side note about cell service : Verizon and Verizon tower users ONLY, please be aware that cell service is somewhat minimal in this area. Strong WiFi and a mobile hotspot are provided to compensate. AT&T and all other carrier towers work fine.** Other things to note *A deluxe queen size air mattress with a built in pump is provided in case additional sleeping arrangements are needed. You may request extra blanket and sheets if needed. *Guest house is located upstairs on the second level . All guests must be able to climb approximately 20 steps to access. *Property is located on the other side of a small creek. All guests’ vehicles must be able to cross a small bridge to access. Standard sized vehicles such as sedans, SUVs, vans, and pick up trucks are fine. Even some box trucks are no issue. But please no heavy or oversized construction equipment, larger than normal utility work vehicles, or long haulers.
