Utility vehicles and SUVs require more attention. - A FEE will be charged if the TRASH is not collected, and the property is not organized for the exit inspection. - WI-FI internet service offered to customers as a COURTESY, not included in the daily rate (subject to fluctuations and unavailability). - Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - Parties and events are not allowed - It is not allowed to use the property for parties and gatherings that may disturb the neighbors. -The reservation is managed by KS Imóveis Real Estate Agency in Bombinhas, through its team of brokers. -After the reservation is made, a welcome message will be sent, as well as all the necessary guidelines and reservation information. -The rental team will provide the condominium rules and regulations that must be respected, under penalty of a fine for which the leaseholder will be responsible. -The Guest will receive a registration form to be completed with their data for the issuance of the seasonal rental agreement. ***ATTENTION*** Check-in time is from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m., after this time an additional travel fee of R$150.00 will be charged to the person responsible for receiving you at the property.
