Your group will be close to everything when you stay with us. 1.1 miles to downtown/.6 miles to family fare. 3 bedrooms, 4 queen beds and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. Big front yard and a patio off to the side of the home. The front yard has a fire pit and lots of space for the yard games that we include and the patio has an outdoor dining area with a grill. Back apartment with separate entrance and driveway homes a quiet month to month renter. Central Air installed spring 2025 The space The home is on about an acre of property. All bedrooms are upstairs (with a pull out couch in the living room downstairs) Central was air was installed spring 2025 🎉 Fairly quiet neighborhood but still so close to town! 1.1 miles to downtown and .6 miles to the family fare grocery store. Please reach out with any questions you may have! Guest access The entire front part of the home. It seems the previous owners may have made an apartment out of an old garage (which is where the month to month renter lives) separate driveway and entrance and no shared walls. The apartment wall goes along a locked closet area and then a landing to the basement and the staircase down to the basement. (There’s one door from the main home to get to the apartment/basement and it locks both ways) Other things to note Central Air was installed this spring! The smallest bedroom upstairs does not have duct work/venting to it (it’s an older farmhouse that’s been updated) but it should stay cool/warm from venting in the upstairs other bedrooms. (It may just not be as cool as the other two larger bedrooms) We supply a lot of extras: box fans, yard games, s’mores roasting sticks, sunblock and bug spray, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, beach towels, beach chairs…
