Tiny house and sauna on the heights of Neuchâtel

Nestled on the heights of Chaumont, our Tinyhouse welcomes you in its natural setting. With large openings overlooking the forest, a comforting wood stove and a sauna just a few steps away, this comfortable home will make you forget the hassles of everyday life. Built in 2019 near our home, this 18 m2 Tinyhouse served as our home for two years, while we renovated our house. The space (Tourist taxes are included in the price: 4.50 chf per person/night) Functionality and comfort were therefore at the center of our concerns at the time of its design. It is also a reflection of our ecological summers, joined on the basis of recovered materials. This Tiny House consists of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed for children, 4-seater table and kitchen (basic condiments, oil, vinegar, coffee and tea available), as well as a bathroom with shower and dry toilet (with sawdust instead of water) The accommodation is heated using a wood stove, temperature change to be expected. Wi-Fi is also available, the mobile network is weak in Chaumont. Access to the common garden is free, as well as the use of the sauna. The latter, built of wood amid fir trees, will offer you privacy and well-being. Guest access The 3,300 m2 garden, parking spaces and sauna are shared between the Tinyhouse and our House. Other things to note The Tinyhouse toilets are dry toilets (with sawdust instead of water). They need to be changed approximately every 3–5 days ;-)
