Since this typical Lyon building is old, the neighbors can sometimes be heard, despite the fact that all the walls (floor, ceiling, walls) of the apartment have been insulated. On the ground floor of the condominium is a Tunisian restaurant open until 11 p.m., which will allow you to eat easily (takeout available). The balneotherapy tub is supplied by a 200-liter electric water heater. This large capacity as well as a high water temperature will allow you to take a bath and a shower on the same evening (tested and approved ;) However, hot water is not unlimited like at a hotel or public spa. Once the tank is empty, you will have to wait 4 to 5 hours to have 200 liters of hot water again. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and that we have a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams discover any trace or residue (odor, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum amount of €300.00 depending on the damage. For a romantic moment or a special occasion, a romantic decoration service can be arranged before your arrival. The Romantic Package costs €100. It includes fresh rose petals and LED candles (€50) and a chilled bottle of champagne (€50). You can also choose either one or the other :) We can customize the rose petal pack by writing your initials, a heart or any other short message :) Contact us for any requests.
