The kitchenette: - You have a convenient kitchenette with a stove top, microwave, refrigerator, and all cooking utensils. - Perfect for breakfast or a simple meal on site. The shower area: - A vanity unit with all the necessary bathroom amenities (bath towel, floor mat, soap, and hairdryer). Romantic Surprise Option: - For a special occasion, we can prepare the accommodation before your check-in: fresh rose petals, LED candles, chilled champagne, or a personalized message.

The accommodation is non-smoking, no vaping, no parties, pets or overflow are allowed. Check-in times are available from 4 pm. Don't hesitate to contact us for any special requests. Early check-in is however possible if you contact us between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival, and depending on the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner. Guest access Guests have access to entire Apartment Other things to note Once the validation of your reservation is made by our team, we will send a Yaago link allowing you to access all the instructions related to the listing. Check-ins are self-contained with a lockbox. Same for your checkout. The apartment has been completely renovated. As this typical Lyon building is old, the neighbors can sometimes be heard, despite the soundproofing of all the apartment's walls (floor, ceiling, walls). On the ground floor of the condominium complex, there is a Tunisian restaurant open until 11:00 p.m., which makes it easy for you to get a meal (you can also order takeout). The balneo is powered by a 200 liter electric balloon. This large capacity as well as a high water temperature will allow you to take a balneo and a shower on the same evening (tested and approved ;) However, hot water is not unlimited as in a hotel or public spa. Once the tank is empty, you will have to wait 4 to 5 hours to have 200 liters of hot water again. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and we have a zero tolerance policy. Therefore, if our staff discover any trace or residue (odors, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €300.00, depending on the damage. For a romantic moment or a special occasion, a romantic decoration service can be set up before your arrival. The romantic pack is €100. It includes fresh rose petals and LED candles (€50) and a bottle of chilled Champagne (€50) You can also choose either one or the other :) We can personalize the rose petals pack by writing your initials, a heart or any other small messages:) Contact us for any requests.
