To access the common area we have an access card, which you can find inside the folder when entering, access to the common area is only allowed for 6 people. Guest access Almost the entire property is available for our guests, only a closet is restricted for the safekeeping of some belongings. Other things to note This property is located in an exclusive area of Bahía de Kino. It is a residential area with a lot of security which has 24-hour security. It is 100% family-friendly where events and large parties are not allowed since it is considered a rest area. Only 4 cars are allowed to enter the residential complex. For this, the administrator will send you a form where you specify the characteristics of the cars: brand, color; and names of the drivers. This must be delivered to the guard in the booth so that you do not have any problems upon arrival. Only 6 people are allowed in the pool area, they can take turns with the remaining 4. At the entrance of the property we have a manual where you can find the card to access the common area. We have external security cameras, one is in the pool area to monitor its maintenance, if you want privacy you can disconnect it, just make sure to reconnect it at the time of departure.
