In a semi-detached house in Poggio dei Pini, we rent an independent apartment on the ground floor with a garden, parking, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a wood-burning oven, and a barbecue. Green and quiet area, 30 minutes from Chia, near Cagliari. Within walking distance: cozy bar, supermarket, trails. The apartment was renovated and received excellent reviews in 2023 (see photos). The space The independent apartment is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, with a private entrance and without internal communication with the other floor, which we sometimes use, sometimes it is free only for you. It has four spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The large living room is bright and cozy, with a modern and well-equipped kitchen. Outside you will find a small kitchen on a beautiful terrace, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners, with a wood-fired oven and barbecue. The garden is all yours, a private space where you can relax surrounded by nature. The view of Poggio dei Pini is wonderful, because the house is located on a slight hill compared to the village. The street is quiet, with friendly and very welcoming neighbors, an ideal environment to enjoy peace and comfort. The apartment is cool in summer thanks to the shaded position, but very bright thanks to the large windows. We have been happy to host our visitors for over five years, with many positive reviews and satisfied guests. Other things to note After midnight, we kindly ask you to keep quiet so as not to disturb the neighbors: no noisy parties or loud music in the garden. Poggio dei Pini is a quiet village, although the local bar organizes some parties, always very controlled. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but thanks to the shaded location it remains cool and bright; we provide fans if necessary, but so far no one has had any problems with the heat. For the barbecue and the wood-fire oven, you need to buy the wood yourself. The house is very eco-friendly: we use solar energy to heat the water through solar panels.
