City Side Sanctuary

The home is a renovated heritage bungalow with lots of original Rimu (native timber) architectural features, on the edge of the CBD, so close to transport and the city and just a stone's throw from Mt Eden with it's spectacular views of the city. The space Lovely warm, sunny, freshly renovated, lockable double room with TV. The room is a decent size with full double wardrobe, lowboy, work desk, mirror and blackout curtains. Incredibly peaceful and quiet. Has the space for long-term guests to unpack, relax and make the room feel homely. Guest access Common areas of the home including lounge, dining room, kitchen/laundry, bathroom, deck and garden are available for use. During your stay One of us is usually working from home each day so someone should always be home if you need us. Happy to socialise with guests in the evenings or weekends and help with questions about things to do in Auckland or your itinerary around New Zealand. Also happy to let you relax in your own space without interruption. I’ve been doing AirBnB for many years so I understand everyone’s needs are different. Other things to note There are two rooms listed on AirBnB at times so you may bump into another guest during your stay.
