My home is a renovated Federation style home originally built in 1912! She's got beautiful high ceilings and polished timber floorboards. Every room has a dedicated reverse cycle A/C unit to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. My home is located in the heart of trendy Maylands, walking distance from the train station and all the local cafes, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. My housemate and I are in our late 20s/early 30s and view our home vibe as relaxed, fun and chill! The space Your room is modern and clean with a minimal aesthetic adopted in the finishes. It's comfortable and the 3m high ceilings make the space feel open and large. There is a reverse cycle a/c unit in all rooms of the house including yours so you can keep cool in summer and warm in winter. There is a dedicated study room which you can use to plug in your laptop and use the large screen to work from home if you require. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except for my room and my house mate's room. She is a FIFO (fly in fly out) professional in the mines so she is not home half the time.
