With just a short walk on a paved path, you will find yourself on Tims Ford Lake at the Holiday Landing Marina. Dock your boat at the public docks and enjoy dinner & a drink at The Blue Gill Grill. When it’s time to wind down from the fun on the lake, light the gas fireplace on the large, covered back deck. Turn on your favorite show or music and enjoy the peaceful wood lined back yard. The space This will be your home away from home. Wonderful memories made with friends and family will last a lifetime. Fall in love with the home and Tims Ford Lake! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need (even spices!) to prepare your favorite meal after a fun day on the lake, hiking to the beautiful waterfalls, or exploring all the area has to offer. There is a gas grill on the back deck. Grilling utensils provided! The home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 on the main level and 2 on the second floor. There are 3 full bathrooms, 2 on the main level and 1 on the second floor. The main level master bedroom is located in the back of the home. There are 3 large, conjoined windows overlooking the private treelined backyard. Waking to this view makes a great start to the day! The master features a king bed with luxurious bedding, an en-suite full bathroom, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom on the main level features equally luxurious bedding on a queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom. On the second floor you will find 2 additional bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. One with a beautifully decorated queen bed, the other with 2 posh twin beds. Additionally, on the second floor is a relaxing loft area overlooking the living area below. You will love the high end, white bedding and find it oh so comfortable! There are 3 smart TVs in the home. 65" in the living room, 55" on the back deck, 43" in the master bedroom. A paved path will lead you to The Holiday Landing Marina on the beautiful Tims Ford Lake!! Here you will find The Blue Gill Grill (seasonal hours) with live music on Saturday nights. Public docks are available here! These are free and are first come, first serve. Disclaimer, the path is on an incline. There is a full sized LG washer and dryer available for your use.
