Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Our house offers you all the comforts with its large living room and 3 comfortable bedrooms. Ping-pong table, swimming pool, basketball hoop, BBQ will allow you to share good times. Note, an independent and affectionate cat occupies the premises This is our primary residence, where you'll find our personal belongings. The space The 100 m² house consists of three bedrooms, two have double beds and the third has a double bed in the mezzanine as well as an extra bed if needed. Our sofa offers extra sleeping space. For the bathroom, shower and bathtub and towels will be available. The 800 m² plot offers a beautiful above-ground pool and all the comforts (deckchair, ping-pong table, garden furniture, BBQ...) Other things to note -20 min from Bordeaux, the most pleasant city in France and world city of wine (15 min from tram A) -20 min from Saint Emilion, its medieval city and its many castles -8 min from Libourne, its quays and Lake Dagueys with a beach, water games and an educational farm -1h15 from Arcachon Bay but the train takes you directly from Bordeaux train station Lake 2 minutes away for fishing, jogging, picnicking, family walks (ducks, swans, moorhens, coypus...) and its children's playground... Nice market in Libourne on Tuesdays, Fridays but especially Sundays
