Stunning House near the beach!

Make some beautiful memories at our unique & family-friendly house from 1916. It comes with a dreamy guest house & large private garden where you can enjoy lunches under our fruit trees or a candlelit dinner under the grape vines (covered patio). It's 900m to Lomma South Beach & 1300m to the harbour & Lomma North Beach which is a large sandy beach with Windsurfing/Kite Surfing. House: 3 bedrooms, dining room, living room & 2 bathrooms Guesthouse: 2 beds but no running water, limited electricity The space Our house was built in 1916, with a charming old kitchen (everything works and it’s beautiful!). The living room is north facing and provides a calm space in hot sunny weather or a cozy space with a log fire in the winter and evenings. The veranda is also available as a third bedroom downstairs with a fold out bed (Vallentuna from IKEA). The upstairs bedrooms are large and spacious with three 120cm new IKEA beds in one bedroom and a 160cm bed in the master bedroom. The bathrooms are a little dated but functional and completely fine, with a bath in the ground floor bathroom and shower upstairs. The loft is not accessible during your stay. The additional small guesthouse consists of one room and a mezzanine sleeping space which you can get to via a short ladder. This room is lockable. The guesthouse does not have its own bathroom, kitchen or electricity supply - if you wish to sleep with an electric blanket in the guesthouse, an extension lead will be provided from the shed into the guesthouse through the window. Otherwise we recommend you bring extra blankets to ensure you stay warm in the guesthouse. The main house has central heating, electricity and bathrooms and kitchen though and six sleeping spots, so you will be very comfortable here!! Guest access Guests have access to the main house, the basement with washing machine and dryer, the garden and the guesthouse. Other things to note The additional small guesthouse is lockable but does not have its own electricity supply or heating - if you wish to sleep with an electric blanket in the guesthouse, an extension lead will be provided from the shed into the guesthouse through the window which then cannot be fully shut.
