The property is centrally located, it is close to many restaurants and cafés and the famous Cullen ice cream shop is virtually across the road from the property. The property itself is deceptively airy and spacious, it consists of 3 good sized bedrooms, living room and a kitchen/ dining area. There is a garden outside and a patio area. The patio area houses modern seating and a dining facility which includes a fire pit table. Both the patio and outside area is secure and dog friendly. The space Ground Floor: 5 steps to entrance. Bathroom: With bath and shower attachment over bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. The clear waters here are the base for a resident colony of bottlenose dolphins, and there are several companies in the vicinity running wildlife cruises, when you may also spot seals, many seabirds and even whales. Wild (Dooking) swimming is on your doorstep with regular meets. Golf enthusiasts have a lovely links course practically on the doorstep, which has stunning views over the bay. Local dishes include Cullen skink, a hearty chowder-like fish soup; the nearby Cullen Bay Hotel holds the title of World Champion for this tasty dish! Moray is also known for its whisky, and there are many famous distilleries within an hour’s drive of the village. Glenglassaugh Distillery is 5 minutes away by car and is an award winning distillery. Cullen has a great variety of local amenities, good pubs and cafés, as well as a fabulous ice cream shop opposite the property. There is plenty to do here for all ages and abilities. Beach 300 yards. Shop 100 yards, pub 200 yards and restaurant 50 yards. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and by prior arrangement guests can be provided with safe storage for bikes and outdoor water equipment. Other things to note Please note there are 5 steps to the entrance of the front of the property. The property can also be accessed from the rear by a side gate off the square. From the rear there are 3 small steps down to the patio area. The bathroom also has 3 steps up to it. We are dog friendly, we limit it to one dog but we can be flexible depending on the size of dog/s you have.
