In the first bedroom there is a double bed (2x 80 cm x 200 cm), in the children's bedroom a bunk bed (90 cm x 190 cm each). The beds were all newly purchased in 2023. The children's bedroom cannot be heated separately. Both bedrooms have a skylight for ventilation. The kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher and hob is integrated into the combined living and dining area. From here you have access to the terrace. The modern and bright shower room is inside. It's just a few steps to the beach - the vacation can't start faster! From the car parking lot, a staircase leads down to the apartment. The lockable shed directly opposite the apartment door offers parking for your e-bikes or bicycles. The apartment offers our guests Wi-Fi included during their stay. Please bring bed linen and towels, or can be rented for the duration of your stay for a fee. Bringing a dog is allowed for a fee with appropriate registration. All of our properties are non-smoking apartments. A laundry room is located in the complex and can be used at a fee. From spring to late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies.
