There is a private drive and one parking spots in the garage for your use. The other garage space is reserved for a ping pong game! You'll find a ping pong table, extra refrigerator for snacks and drinks in the garage for your enjoyment. Additionally, there is a brand new Peloton bike for your use! Get a ride in while you wait your turn to serve. The neighborhood has paved walking trails and a basketball court. inside by the board games, is a basketball and football you can take down to the playgrounds with you or play outside. If coming to a concert at the Idaho Center, this is your ideal location. We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would. As such, you are welcome to park in our driveway, but please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM. Please note that there is an exterior camera that is only facing the front door and front yard.
