The Little House is a much-loved family holiday home, just a stones throw from the waterfront in the pretty harbour village of Itchenor. Just a few metres walk to the sailing club, a stroll to the peer where you can catch the seasonal ferry to Bosham, a short five minute drive to the beach at West Wittering and with the added bonus of its own heated swimming pool in the garden, this property is perfect for a family coastal holiday. (Note that the pool is only operational May to September). The master enjoys a double bed and its own ensuite shower and bathroom. There are three further bedrooms; a double, a twin with zip and link mattresses and a bunk room, plus a family bathroom and separate WC. (Please note that on the photos there appears to be a single room and a bunk room with additional single bed. The single room now has the bunks in it and both single beds are in the other room). The living and entertaining areas are light and spacious. The sitting room, with comfortable sofas, TV and gas fire, leads out to small conservatory and also through to the open plan and well-equipped kitchen dining room. Both the kitchen and conservatory have doors opening out onto the rear garden with heated swimming pool and outdoor dining / seating area. The front garden and secure driveway has space for 3-4 cars. Pets will be considered at the discretion of the management and the owners. Guest access Guests have sole access to the property.
