The West Wing in Rutland

In the heart of the beautiful Rutland countryside, just a short drive from the well-known Rutland Water, is our peaceful getaway in the village of Cottesmore. Built as part of an extension on our 1930s semi, the West Wing is a fully equipped, self-contained first floor flat. The space Extended 1930s semi on a generous corner plot with wraparound gardens and large driveway. The West Wing is a first floor flat added as part of an extension 30 years ago. The West Wing now is primarily used for our lovely gueststo explore the Rutland countryside. Guest access Front garden and patio are for guest use, including for visiting dogs Other things to note We are dog lovers and Benson, our friendly Springador, is currently sole resident pupper. He uses a different garden and entrance to our guests. We welcome guest puppers also, maximum of 2 dogs, adult and fully house trained please. There is parking for one car on the driveway. commercial vehicles or additional cars can park across the road or in nearby streets, free and unlimited. Please note that we do not have EV charging facilities and it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles from our property. The closest charging points are in Oakham town centre.
