This elegant home is spacious and affords an incredible space for the whole gang while providing the privacy everyone wants. This home also comes with a downstairs bedroom/bath for those that cannot climb stairs. So close to town and fishing, yet here you find yourself in the middle of Alaskan wilderness. Guest access Renter must be 25 years of age, provide a copy of a valid government issued ID, give a credit card for a $500 security deposit HOLD only (not charged unless there is an issue), and will be required to sign a Rental Agreement. Due to the short and unique rental season in Alaska, before booking, please take note of the cancellation policy. These may vary from what you are accustomed to.
