Classic Washington DC rowhouse built in 1878, located in the heart of Logan Circle (Walk Score 99, Transit Score 87, Bike Score 95). The entire house has just been tastefully renovated (completed July 2023) while preserving historic architectural details throughout. Incredible location with the city's best restaurants all along 14th Street. All new kitchen and bathrooms, refinished 145-year-old heart pine floors make this house a perfect combination of old world and modern. The space The house is comprised of two large bedrooms, both with brand new King beds by Nectar, and a smaller third bedroom with two twin bunk beds. Linens by Brooklinen, Frette and Bloomingdales. All beds have both down alternative pillows as well as memory foam cooling pillows. All lighting is controlled by Lutron dimmers in each room. Other things to note Please remember that this is a 145 year old house, with lots of original elements. The wood floors and stairs do creak here and there, as is the case for any house this age. We have gone to great lengths to renovate and modernize the house, while staying true to it's original character. On one of the two desks, there is a 24" Dell HD monitor with connections for HDMI and DVI/Display Port, for those who wish to plug their laptop into an external monitor.
