The apartment is located near the centre of District 1, about 10 minute walk from Bui Vien street (best known for its nightlife atmosphere). The space INFORMATION ABOUT THE SPACE - Private and quiet space suitable to relax and work - A Queen size bed size 1,6 x 2m with HIGH QUALITY bed sheet will make you feel comfortable to sleep after a long day of work/discovery of the city. - A sofa - A fully equipped kitchen: electric stove, refrigerator, kettle, cooking utensils, etc. - The desk has a window overlooking the city - Wifi & Internet TV - Air conditioning - BATHROOM: a standing-style bathroom with massage shower, lavabo and toilet. HOT-COLD WATER, TOOLS, SHAMPOO, SHOWER GEL, HAIR DRYER, TOILET PAPER are provided. - KITCHEN: You can use in a clean kitchen with electric stove, electric kettle, fridge, utensils and silverware. - WASHING: An available washing machine, clothes drying rack, ironing board. - Fast and reliable WIFI network. Free Netflix Guest access 🏊 Swimming Pool: Open daily from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (closed on Mondays for maintenance) 📩 Please message me 10–15 minutes before going to the pool so I can arrange staff support and register your access for you. Our staff will meet you at the pool. Other things to note Enter the apartment with the smart lock on the door (we will give you the new password of the lock when you book the apartment) Other things to note: - We do not provide daily apartment cleaning service. If you want to clean the apartment, a small fee of 5USD will be charged - We will provide free cleaning service once per week if you stay 7 days or more. - Electricity in Vietnam is 220V.
