There are 4 bedrooms, 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 3.5 bathrooms, a swimming pool, air-conditioning in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a barbecue grill, a pizza oven, a wood-burning oven, 2 full kitchens and a terrace. The house is located on a quiet and easily accessible residential street near a supermarket, bakery, restaurants and just a 10-minute walk on a flat street to the beach (700 meters) The space The house offers 4 bedrooms, two of which are suites, plus a full attached bathroom and a toilet. Small pets (dogs, birds) are welcome. See if you have another animal. The house is for a maximum of 12 people (adults and children). Events and people are not allowed just to spend the day. The pool is 5m x 3m. The beach of the pool is 0.70 cm deep and the deepest part is 1.40 m. Our garage is for 02 cars and in front of the house, there are 2 more cars. The house is close to the best restaurants in the area: Limão Cravo, Tropical, Siri Bamboo. Walking only 5 min, there is a supermarket, snack bar and other shops. Lagoinha beach is beautiful and has a trail to the beach of Bonete and Cedro or a place to rent a boat. Extensive beach, with islands in front and river. Perfect for kids! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and will have 24/7 access to the swimming pool, barbecue, pizza oven, and wood-burning oven. ;-) Other things to note The cottage will support on-site. We're pet friendly! The house has wifi! 500MB. We have pillows! We do not provide beach or bath towels, or sheets or blankets or dishcloths. We do not offer consumer goods such as salt, detergent, olive oil, etc. Ambient sound is permitted. If this is not respected, the tenant may be fined by the association or the city. The house has a collapsible cradle. After use, clean, dry and store in the packaging as you found it. It's kind of boring to disassemble. The cleaning fee does not cover the dishwashing. At check out leave the dishes clean in the sink. Otherwise, a fee of R$200 may be applied. No events or additional guests to the reservation are allowed to spend the day at the house.
