LIVE & BEACH is a wonderful accommodation with a terrace, next to a beautiful white sand beach, in a magnificent setting! relax and have fun with the whole family! If you are looking for a bit of fun, the beach bars on the Ribes Roges beach with music and live performances are a good choice. You can also practice outdoor sports. It has air conditioning. No vehicle necessary. The space The apartment is 85m2, has 4 rooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The very bright living-dining room with air conditioning and access to a furnished terrace that overlooks a quiet tree-lined street. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The main room with a 140cm double bed, another room with a trundle bed (2 90cm single beds) both with air conditioning and 2 rooms with a 90cm single bed. A spacious bathroom with a shower cabin and a toilet. The apartment has a lot of light, it is on the third floor without an elevator. Located in a quiet and familiar area, very well connected, a short walk from the center, the iconic Rambla, the Paseo Marítimo, the Port, the RENFE station and just one block from the beach! In the surroundings you will find the main services: cafeteria/bakery, pharmacy, supermarket... The bus stop just a few meters away, the vehicle is not essential, the distances are rather short and you can enjoy pleasant walks. Other things to note BOOKING CONDITIONS Groups of young people UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE are not allowed to book. It is forbidden to use the apartment with a number of occupants greater than the capacity of the apartment. If the guest forgets the keys inside the apartment and the check-in staff must go to the accommodation, a €20 opening service charge will be applied. Loss of keys will have a €45 surcharge for each set. RESPONSIBILITY The reservation of the apartment implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read carefully the house rules that will appear published on Airbnb. Parties and smoking inside the apartment are not allowed. For irresponsible behavior, the owner may ask guests to immediately leave the apartment, without the right to compensation or reimbursement. Guests are responsible for the good care of the apartment during their stay and undertake to return it in the same condition in which they found the accommodation and its equipment, except for repairs to appliances or reasonable wear and tear of the apartment. If any damage occurs in the apartment, please notify us immediately and we will try to fix it as soon as possible. For stays of 28 days or more, electricity, water and gas supplies are included up to a maximum of €200 per month. If the consumption of supplies exceeds this rate, the guest must pay the difference. The host will send a request through Airbnb for the required amount which the guest must accept and pay. This apartment has electric awnings. Please make good use of them. During check-in we will check that they are working perfectly, any subsequent breakdowns that need technical repair will be the responsibility of the guest. Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but must leave the apartment in good condition, the kitchen tidy and the trash in the street containers, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. We are subject to the Air Cover accident and theft insurance coverage offered by Airbnb. CHECK-IN Check-in hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. All arrivals between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 pm. will incur a €20 surcharge. Arrivals after 12:00 pm. will not be attended to. The person responsible for check-in will wait at the apartment to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid any necessary waiting. You will receive a copy of the contract that you must sign and accept the booking conditions. It is essential to present the original passport or ID of all the people staying. On the day of departure you must be prepared to leave the apartment at the time you have agreed with the check-in staff.
