Welcome to the Tuscany - a well-equipped and comfortable suite in Downtown Saskatoon! Great for a relaxing stay or a work trip. Centrally located, this property is just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and the Meewasin Trail! All of the essentials are included for your convenience. Great for short or long-term stays. The space Great space for long or short term stays. The location makes this a great option for folks staying for business, or visiting RUH, U of S, or City Hospital. The area is walkable, and just a few blocks from shops, pubs, and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped, with most comforts of home. The living room includes a smart TV. Easily sign into your favourite streaming services. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen size bed with premium linens. There is plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items. We supply our guests with essentials, such as coffee pods, tea, olive oil, salt & pepper, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guest access In addition to the suite, guests have access to several shared building amenities: • Shared gym accessible from levels P1 & P3 • Shared squash court accessible from the gym • Shared courtyard with seating located on the south side of the building • Located off of the lobby, a public convenience store and hair salon The building also includes an underground parking garage with one designated stall. Please note the garage is shared condo property and not monitored - do not leave valuables in your vehicle. The maximum height clearance is 6' 2". Please be aware that you may encounter stairs between the parking space and the elevators. Other things to note -When booking, please include the correct number of guests. Only guests that are included on the booking are welcome to stay in the suite. We do allow our guests to have visitors, however, we like to be made aware if you are having visitors. Visitors are not permitted to spend the night. -Guests are not permitted to use the mailbox. We ask that guests have their mail sent to a P.O. Box instead of the suite. We do not monitor the mailbox regularly, and do not supply a mail key. -Please do not allow anyone into the building or parking garage. Folks should have their own fob, or be let in by the resident they are visiting. -Please let us know if checking in after 9:00 PM so we can make arrangements to move the lockbox outside, the doors lock at 9:00 PM.
