Hidden idyll near the Grafenberg Forest with good public transport & highway connections. The condominium is located on a traffic-calmed street with free parking. A 5-room apartment with extra guest toilet & office space on 111 square meters on the 4th floor but without an elevator with lots of stairs. You will sleep on a new sofa bed with a hard mattress. If desired, the degree of hardness can be softened with a cuddly topper We are dog-friendly and also expect animal-loving guests. The space The private room is about 12 square meters, with a door lock and garden view. The sofa bed has the sleeping dimensions 140 x 200 & the hardness H3 (very hard) or very soft with topper. The choice is yours. Amenities = own coffee machine including coffee, clothes rail, bedside table, chair, small table, sun blinds, towels and shower gel. In summer with standing fan. Guest access Shared use of the separate office by arrangement. Otherwise, the kitchen, living room, bathroom and dining room are shared with me. The guest toilet is exclusively for my guests. During your stay I am available on site and am happy to give recommendations. Travel guides are also in your room. Other things to note Not suitable for allergy sufferers. There is a medium sized dog living in the apartment. Non-smoking apartment with smoking balcony. No elevator! There are stairs to the top floor. I do not run a hotel here, and I work 40 hours a week.
