High Tide Cottage

Located in the heart of Ogunquit Village, High Tide Cottage is just steps from Ogunquit Beach, boutiques, dinning, and entertainment like the Leavitt Theater, The Front Porch, and Maine Street. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located space. The space Open concept one level living, this condo is located on ground level with a small granite step to the deck. You’ll enjoy a screened in porch and an outdoor dinning table with grill for entertaining. Three bedrooms will sleep 6 guests with an additional sleeper sofa for 2 more if needed. A fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances. Living room offers two sofas with a Roku tv. Laundry room with provided detergent and dryer sheets. Towels, linens, and beach towels are all provided. Guest access Guests have access to all of Condo A, screen porch and deck. Other things to note We only have 2 parking spots. That is per the association. There is a parking lot in town by the post office called Hutchins. They allow daily and overnight parking for a reasonable rate. Please plan accordingly. Thank you
