Welcome to our renovated cottage close to everything! One block to Narrow River to canoe, kayak or paddleboard to the best part of the beach! Outdoor shower just installed in June 2026. Town Beach is 3 min drive; Scarborough, Sand Hill Cove, and Block Island ferry 10 min; Newport 15 mins. Also a short walk to great ice cream, bagels, coffee, dining options, bike shop, and playground. No smoking or pets. Kitchen, bed and bath linens are included. The space 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen size bed. The master bedroom additionally has soaring ceilings and its own private deck. The cozy living room (with a couch that converts to a futon perfect for little ones) leads into the eat-in-kitchen where you will find all brand new appliances (refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher) and any necessities you may need to prepare a meal. There is a slider from the kitchen to the backyard where you may wish to transition for a relaxing evening under the stars by the outdoor fireplace. The bathroom has a full bathtub. Complimentary washer and dryer on site. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy. Other things to note Please note our cancellation policy. RHODE ISLAND LAW UPDATE: All users of paddle craft (canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.) must wear a personal flotation device.
