Our chalet is fully equipped to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The chalet has two bedrooms with two very comfortable queen-size beds for a good night's sleep, as well as a closet for your belongings. The kitchen is perfectly equipped to allow you to prepare delicious meals. You'll find a dishwasher, a microwave, dishes, pots, utensils, a raclette grill, a toaster, a fondue dish, a kettle, and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room, with its sofa, invites you to relax or even take an afternoon nap. It is also equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, an IP TV and a DVD player. Some board games and DVDs are at your disposal, stored in the living room cupboard. With high-speed Wi-Fi, you can continue watching your favorite shows or even work remotely. The bathroom has a large shower. The chalet is equipped with heated floors, thus offering optimal comfort during the winter season. Lake St-François, located less than a few minutes away by kayak, is one of the most beautiful lakes in Quebec. This lake is known for its water activities. You can easily access it with our two kayaks on site, but don't forget to bring your life jackets (VFI). In short, our chalet is the perfect place for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway, where you can fully enjoy nature and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Other things to note * Well water is drinkable and can be consumed. * Bed covers and warm blankets are not provided. Also, you should bring your own blankets for cool evenings outside. * Guests are not allowed. Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is carried out. * No access to the laundry room. * Please do not wear shoes inside the cottage. * NOISE * We do not tolerate excessive noise, both indoors and out. The tranquility of the place must be respected at all times. No parties will be tolerated. * SPA * It is mandatory to take a shower and not have moisturizing creams on the skin before using the SPA. The hot tub is available year-round, even in the winter months. We recommend bringing your bathrobes and sandals to fully enjoy the hot tub, especially in winter. * SMOKING * No smoking is allowed inside the cottage. * PETS * We accept pets, provided they have been declared when booking. (maximum of 2 pets) In the event that an animal stays in the cottage without having been declared, an additional fee will be charged and a negative comment will be sent to Airbnb. * TV * The chalet is equipped with a smart TV, and you can connect to it with your own accounts (Netflix, Prime, etc.) * FIREPIT / FIREWOOD * Logs and wood are not provided. You must obtain it before check-in. Several local businesses offer some. * BBQ * Propane gas is provided for the BBQ, except during the period from November to April. In addition, the BBQ will not be cleared of snow in winter. If you want to use it, you can clear it at your convenience. *PARKING* The parking lot offers enough space for 2 cars. For electric vehicle owners, a 14-50 outlet is available on-site. You must bring your own charging station. * WINTER * There's a lot of snow in our area. a snow removal service takes care of the parking lot if needed. We ask that you, if possible, move your vehicle when large snowfalls have fallen and the tractor is on site to allow for complete snow removal. The front sidewalk is heated, so it automatically clears snow. However, in the event of heavy precipitation, snow may continue to accumulate slightly. In this case, if you wish, a snow shovel is available for your use. Also, access to the hot tub on the back terrace is partially cleared of snow thanks to a heated concrete strip, which allows a small passage to be cleared even in winter.
