Wifi Internet speed:100/20 The space An air-conditioned bedroom with a queen size bed A bathroom with rain shower, hand held shower, bidet , grab rails for wheelchair access, a wheeled commode if needed. Washing machine & clothes dryer. Dining/ living room with Samsung TV. A full kitchen wth option to eat in. Kitchen consists of induction stove, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, fridge/freezer. Outdoor garden terrace with outdoor dining & clothesline. Guest access Guests have access to entire house and garden. Other things to note Cockroaches: This is Sydney, the cockroaches are coming in from outside at night. It is not a reflection of the lack of hygiene. Please use insect spray at the foot of the front & back door ways regularly. Also , pour some bleach down bathroom & kitchen drains regularly. PARKING Directly in front of home : Free on street parking timed at 1 hour between 8am - 6 pm, M-F. Free on street untimed parking on weekends ie. Fridays 6 pm to Mondays 8 am. Free on street untimed parking anytime, adjacent to Camperdown Park which is opposite. Option to purchase parking permit: $20 each permit per day per vehicle, available until midnight. A week’s advanced notice required. Parking area is for northern side of Mallett Street only because Mallett Street is the boundary between councils. Upon arrival, collect parking permit from me to place onto dashboard to display under windscreen. Due to the popularity of the area, proximity to the hospital, to universities & to the city, sometimes the parking is at a premium. Public transport is almost at your doorstep, so you will not need your vehicles. Wheelchair parking: Carers & wheelchair residents can make application to Sydney City Council. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS: Ramps available for wheelchair access. Note, the wheelchair needs to be less than 72 cm wide in order to move through entrance. ENERGY USE: Please turn off all appliances when not in use. QUIET TIME: 9pm- 9 am LIMITED SPACE: Worker’s cottages are small homes. Please be aware that there is limited space throughout the cottage.
