Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from the shopping malls, hospitals, schools, and Tagaytay. This home has everything you need for a perfect vacation with your friends or family. The space Our home is decorated in a cozy and inviting style. The living room features a Victorian-French sala set and a 55-inch Smart TV. It's the perfect place to relax with friends and family, watch Netflix, or sing karaoke. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, fast-cooling tempered refrigerator, granite countertops, and a bar area. We also have a dirty kitchen which helps keep heat and odors away from the house. The three spacious bedrooms are all comfortably furnished with air conditioning, and they share two full bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with a double-size bed. The other two bedrooms are located side by side, with one bedroom having a single bed with a pull-out bed and the other bedroom having two single beds. All windows have Korean blinds and screens so no need to be concerned by pesky mosquitoes. The terrace and private front porch with garage are the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring, making it a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Guests have optional access to the clubhouse with a basketball court, tennis court, and garden park. Use of the swimming pool will be charged by the clubhouse management. Guest access The guests will have exclusive use of the house and surroundings for the duration of their stay. However, please note that there are storage rooms reserved for the owners and caretakers. Other things to note Please be advised that guests are required to surrender one valid ID to our guardhouse before entering the subdivision. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home.
