Has 230 m2 and is situated on two levels. The main living area has access from the street level and features four bedrooms, spacious living room, terrace, kitchen and two bathrooms. The distance to the beach is 0,9 km. It´s 12 minutes’ walk or 3 minutes by car. • BEDROOMS Master bedroom - 180cm bed, wardrobe, air conditioner. Bedroom 1 - two single beds with a possibility to be converted in a 180cm bed, drawer, air conditioner. Bedroom 2 - 150cm bed, wardrobe, air conditioner. Bedroom 3 - 150 cm bed, clothes rail, ceiling ventilator. • KITCHEN A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, induction cooker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a coffee machine. As well as drinking tap water, blender, juicer, toaster, and other utilities. • LIVING ROOM Living area features air conditioning, seating and a dining area with a chimney and terrace access, 56 inch TV. • BATHROOMS One of the bathrooms at the living level is equipped with bathtub, the other one with a shower. The accommodation’s garden level features play & cinema room, bathroom, laundry, and spacious patio with a barbecue and relax area. • LOUNGE The spacious patio with a barbecue zone, trampoline, and a cozy space for outside dinning. Kids can have fun jumping on a trampoline in the garden. The playroom could be used by kids as there are some toys and books, as well as a cinema as it features 110 inch screen and a projector. There´s an working space in the room. • LAUNDRY The laundry: washing machine, iron, ironing board and technical sink. Guest access The guests have full access to the house. Other things to note • ABOUT CALAFELL The town is full of life all year round, at any season there are one of the best seafood restaurants, bars, clubs, cinemas, as well as carting centers, tennis clubs, hiking and cycling tracks, kids’ amusement parks, skating ground, golf fields, water sports center. One of the best beaches in Spain, the one of Calafell and Sant Salvador is wide, covered with golden sand, features comfortable access to the water, beach showers and other facilities. The water remains warm from May to the end of October in the area. It’s pleasant to take a walk along Calafell Promenade, call in one of the small shops or have a drink or dinner in one of the many restaurants. We’ll be happy to recommend you our favorite ones. There are several big supermarkets in Calafell as well as a market and a weekly farmers market. * * * • LOCATION Calafell is situated between two most beautiful Catalan cities - Barcelona and Tarragona at Costa Dorada, it is 40 minutes away from beautiful roman Tarragona. A drive to Barcelona will take 1 hour by car or train. The railway station is 20 minutes’ walk away or 5 minutes’ drive.
