Fit 4 people in this spacious 2BR/2.5BA condo that is a 2-min walk to our beautiful white sand beach and a 1-min walk to the pool with cabana and chaise lounges. Effortlessly enjoy relaxation at the beach, lounge all day in the sun at the sparkling clean pool, or drive 12-mins to the Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Phenomenal amenities: Two sparkling clean pools, clubhouse, tennis courts, pickleball, racquetball, and basketball!! The space Sea & Salt Beach Retreat encompasses the true Florida beach lifestyle, as this beach retreat is equipped with all of the beach supplies that you will need for proper beach days including beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards ready to go for our guests! Amenities include two community pools and tennis courts, basketball court, and private beach access for community guests. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is a two-story unit. >Master Bedroom: King bed, Ensuite full bathroom w/ shower, TV, Oversized balcony w/ outdoor furniture (Sleeps 2 - 2nd floor). >Guest Bedroom 1: 2x Twin beds, TV, Closet (Sleeps 2 - 2nd floor). >Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms located on 2nd floor - Master ensuite with shower, Guest bathroom with tub. Half bathroom located on 1st floor. >Living Room: Comfortable couch, Accent chair, TV, Dining table for 4, and Bar seating for 2, Half bathroom located next to kitchen and dining room. >Exterior: Private 2nd floor and 3rd floor balconies, Private community beach access, Pool with outdoor lounges and tables, Tennis courts, and Basketball court. >Laundry Closet: Stacked washer and dryer located in the unit. >Kitchen: Full kitchen will all of the kitchen essentials for cooking during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo. Check-in details will be available the morning of check-in. Guests will access the property with the front door smart lock. Beach access is located on the east side of the property - Key for beach access will be provided to guests. Other things to note Sea & Salt is 2-mins from the private community beach access, 1-min from private community pool, tennis courts, and basketball course. Historical downtown is located only 12-mins from the condo.
