Walk or ride the Free Trolley to the King Street Metro to access public transit into Downtown DC. The space Guests will have dedicated access to the entire apartment. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Each bedroom contains a queen-size bed. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare and serve meals. Washer and Dryer located within the unit. Living Room area contains a Smart TV loaded with all current Apps. Upstairs loft area contains a dedicated workspace with a large desk. Guest access Guests will have full and private use of the entire apartment. Climbing a set of stairs is required to access the apartment. Electronic Keypad installed for seamless access without the worry of keys. Other things to note Parking: There is a Parking Garage located directly across the street from our entrance. This is the Courthouse Parking Garage located at 111 S. Pitt Street. The rate is $2 per hour or a Maximum of $10 per day during the week. Max of $5 on weekends. Alternatively, there is paid street parking directly in front of the building as well. 20% Off Meals: Guests who stay here will receive 20% off meals when dining at 1799 Prime!
