The space At just over 1,575 square feet, this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home sleeps 4 between a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. The third room, known as the Reading Room, offers a convertible sofa (43”x70”) with memory foam mattress and pillow top for additional sleeping options. The 2-piece family room sofa can be configured into a sleeping day bed (6’x4’), as well. Airbnb confirmed that the convertible sofa can be included when factoring the guest/sleep number but the day bed could not. Therefore, the listing states the guest/sleep number as 5, however, there is the possibility to sleep more if they are children…or really small adults;) Beds are of high quality construction with premium mattresses and hotel quality bedding. The master bathroom features a double sink vessel on a floating vanity, two backlit dimmable mirrors with anti-fogging feature, bidet and walk-in shower with sliding glass barnyard doors. Shower fixtures include a handheld shower head and an overhead rainfall head. A Bluetooth speaker/overhead LED light is also located in the ceiling above the shower floor if playing music in the shower is to your liking. The guest bathroom features a single sink and vanity, a full-size bathtub and shower. There is also a waterproof Bluetooth speaker available in the shower. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and a Wolf five burner glass cooktop. Silverware and dinnerware set for eight, as well as pantry staples, spices and condiments are provided. A full inventory of all kitchen accessories can be found at the end of this details page. Adjacent to the kitchen is the family room which has a Samsung The Frame 65” OLED TV with Cox premium cable. The backyard features a non-heated diving swimming pool, gas fire pit filled with blue glass, 7 person half-moon patio furniture set which encompasses the fire pit, 4 person patio dining table with sun umbrella, propane BBQ and hanging party lights which illuminate most of the yard. Under the back patio is a STIGA Advantage Professional table tennis table. A tennis robot automatic ping pong ball machine is also available if guests want to hit against a ball machine. A table tennis ball catch net attaches to the table for ball collection during table tennis robot use. 4 paddles available. For those interested in world culture, history and literature, the Reading Room is all engrossing. A nearly complete collection of every issue of National Geographic Magazine is bound in books and guests are invited and encouraged to immerse themselves in the words and photographs within the pages. There is also an index for the collection which allows specific subjects and keywords to be matched to specific articles and issues. It is kindly requested that the collection be treated with care and respect; some of the issues are over 100 years old. The Reading Room also houses a large collection of books covering a wide range of interesting content; both fiction and non-fiction, the classic to the obscure. For guests who considers themselves music lovers, The Music Room will be a great treasure as the source of music providing the soundtrack of your stay. The high-fidelity system employs a Technics SL-1200MK2 Direct Drive Turntable, an Ortofon 2M Red Moving Magnet Cartridge, a Rolls VP29 phono preamp, an acrylic slip mat AND a collection of approximately 1,000 LPs, 12” singles and 45s covering genres including jazz, blues, soul, funk, reggae, classic and modern rock, hip hop, punk, country, folk, world music, soundtracks, comedy, children’s records, spoken word and poetry. The audio signal is routed from the phono preamp into a master volume controller called “The Big Knob” which adjusts the volume of the monitor speakers. The Music Room also features a 1971 Japanese built, fully restored factory new, Yamaha U-103 upright 88 key piano in gloss black finish. WaterRower Natural rowing machine. And for a good ‘ol traditional workout, a regulation height basketball rim and backboard is located on the driveway, basketballs provided.
